Airless 1720
IPT was already living up to its reputation as a pioneer in the early 1980s by introducing a fully hydraulic test instrument for creep/internal pressure and bursting tests to the market.
In this industry, the name AIRLESS has since stood for safe, reliable and user-friendly pipe-testing instruments made by IPT.
In another major step, we would now like to introduce you to the latest generation of these instruments - our Model 1720. Based on our extensive experience, this technology has been consistently developed further and combined with the latest control technology.
The instrument offers the following decisive benefits:
The completely redesigned, modular structure combines maximum user- and service-friendliness with easy extendibility and corresponding flexibility.
Selectively regulated prepressure in the individual modules guarantees highly accurate pressure control, while at the same time reducing the wear and tear of the magnetic valves.
All metal components that come into contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel and are thus optimally rust-proof and entirely free of copper ions and the effect these might have on the test results to be evaluated.
Standard instruments made of brass can be supplied on request.
The integrated needle valves make it possible to maintain a direct link to the optionally available master gauge, even during testing. In combination with the calibration mode integrated into the software, this makes it very easy to calibrate the system.
To meet the ever-increasing requirements of our customers, test pressures of up to 600 bar can be accurately controlled, depending on the requirements.
The TCP/IP-compatible control and adjustment units guarantee reliable data exchange between the various components, thus making it possible directly to integrate the system into the customer's own data network.
An optional W-Lan operating terminal offers previously unknown operating comfort, thus optimising your laboratory process, as it is location-independent.
You are always able to incorporate your Airless instrument into your own network, thus enabling you to export data. Alternatively, you can use the professional test management software IptDataLogging® to program test parameters, enabling you to evaluate, manage and document all "test events" according to the state of the art and the applicable standards.
